Reading this honestly: gymnema, chromium and banaba are dosed within published research ranges. Berberine at 500 mg is roughly a third of the ~1,500 mg daily intake used in trials, which split it across three doses with meals. No finished-product trial exists for the seven combined.
An isoquinoline alkaloid found in goldenseal, barberry and Oregon grape. It appears to activate AMPK, an enzyme involved in cellular energy regulation, and has been reported in research to influence glucose control and insulin resistance.
